Meyer Burger (Industries) GmbH terminates its participation in the DIAMONDS4IF consortium following insolvency proceedings

On 27 June 2025, the DIAMONDS4IF consortium held an extraordinary online General Assembly to formally acknowledge the termination of participation of one of its key partners.

In recent months, Meyer Burger (Industries) GmbH announced that it had filed for insolvency for its German subsidiaries. As stated on the company’s official website: “Intensive efforts were made to keep the sites open during the ongoing restructuring negotiations. These efforts have not been successful to date and will now be continued as part of the proceedings together with a provisional insolvency administrator to be appointed by the court.”
